The CRTP conducts short term trainings for various groups and communities in Kenya, Tanzania, and Ethiopia. These groups include teachers, students, community leaders, government officials, religious leaders and youth. The training topics range from conflict resolution, leadership and management, peacebuilding, advocacy, human rights and governance, Catholic Social Teaching, forgiveness and reconciliation, among others.
