HIPSIR through CRTP organized a conflict resolution and peacebuilding training course in July 2019. The training was attended by 21 participants from different institutions and organizations working for peace including; FECCLAHA, NCIC, CJPC, AACC and Global One.
Different nationalities were also represented including, Togo, Ghana, Kenya, Burundi and DRC. Ms Florence Mpaayei (Senior advisor and co-ordinator, Peace Practice at Hekima Institute of Peace Studies and International Relations) was the main facilitator. The training covered topics including conflict analysis, conflict theories, peace building, psycho-social support and reconciliation among others.
